2013 Tweed Run London

Despite its name, the Tweed Run is actually a cycle ride, where participant dress head to toe in tweed.

Described as ‘a leisurely jaunt through the Empire’s capital’ the UK’s latest Tweed Run took place in London on the 9th April.

The route took in several iconic London sites, including the Houses of Parliament, Savile Row, Regent Street and┬áTrafalgar Square. If you didn’t get to participate or don your tweed hat in support this year then fear not. The UK’s foremost ‘Vintage news crew‘ caught all the action in the video below, which they published this week.
